As an adult, going back to the neighborhood we were raised in, so many feelings arise. You've done an excellent job of describing many of them. It's like time travel to the past, but walking in the present, looking at two pictures from two different times to find the differences, and then interjecting our growth and feelings into it all. We are complicated humans.
